Remember s’mores? This treat recalls memories of crackling campfires and family gatherings. But, do you really need a campfire to make them? I make them over the outdoor grill or an indoor open flame. It’s always a big hit for kids at family gatherings. This simple yet delightful treat is an enjoyable activity for guests and family!

Ingredients
6 chocolate pieces from chocolate candy bar -I use Lindt
6 whole graham crackers
6 marshmallows
Equipment
Skewers Preferably metal. if you’re outdoors, find some long sticks to use as skewers.

Smores! Crispy toasted marshmallows with melted chocolate and graham crackers make dessert fun.
Instructions
- Break whole graham crackers in half to make squares
- Break pieces of chocolate bars into 1/2 to 1/3 pieces
- Put marshmallow on a skewer and toast under an open flame until toasted to your liking.
- Form a sandwich with a chocolate piece and the toasted marshmallow between two graham cracker squares. Gently press down so the warm marshmallow starts to melt chocolate.
