How To Add More Flavors
1.To toss greens: instead of lime juice, use ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing to mix the greens.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and shredded BBQ chicken (use Grilled BBQ Chicken recipe)
- 6 cups washed mixed greens
- 2 limes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- ½ cup corn
- ½ cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
- ½ cup Yahoo BBQ Sauce (use Yahoo BBQ Sauce recipe)
Instructions
- Add mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, corn, black beans, red onion, and cilantro in a large salad bowl. Squeeze one fresh lime over the greens and mix well.
- Top the salad with the BBQ chicken.
- Drizzle the Yahoo BBQ Sauce over the salad entire salad. You can also serve the BBQ sauce on the side.
- Serve the salad cold with additional slices of lime.
