- If you use a cast iron pan, add an additional cup of stock. I tried using this as an alternate pan because I prefer a dryer spaghetti. The 13×9 aluminum pan creates a creamier sauce.

Ingredients
Ingredients:
- ½ box uncooked spaghetti – good quality
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
- ½ box of Garlic and Herb Boursin Cheese.
- salt and pepper to taste
GARNISH
- Top with fresh basil

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
- Spread uncooked spaghetti in a baking dish(13×9 inch).
- Add chicken broth and make sure spaghetti is submerged. I break the spaghetti in half.
- Sprinkle olive oil over uncook spaghetti and add chicken broth.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover pan tightly with tin foil and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Take out of oven and mix all the ingredients together. Serve immediately.
