Try this easy one pot baked Boursin spaghetti dish for tonight’s dinner. Made with high-quality spaghetti, juicy cherry tomatoes, and flavorful Boursin cheese. This dish is perfect for a weeknight family meal. The combination of chicken broth, cherry tomatoes, and herbs makes for a rich, cheesy dish. It’s easy to make and perfect for those busy weeknights when you need a quick and tasty meal. Follow the simple instructions for this easy one pot dish.

Instructions:

  1. Ingredients:
Clark Street Cookbook-Easy Boursin Spaghetti Bake

2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Notes:

  • Make sure all of spaghetti is submerged in chicken stock
  • If you use a cast iron pan, add an additional cup of stock. I tried using this as an alternate pan because I prefer a dryer spaghetti. The 13×9 aluminum pan creates a creamier sauce.
